As a event & conference photographer I capture the speakers, attendees, awardees, showcase, displays and products as a method to document the event for promotional uses for their current and future clients.
RATES:
First Two (2) hours of photojournalistic coverage - $250
Each Additional hour $100
Discounts rates avaiable for all day and multiple day bookings
* A 50% deposit is required which is 90% refundable due to postponement or cancellation. The balance is due the day of the day of the event.
Images of your Event on a Web site: $100
We can also upload all of the high quality digital image files to a secure password protected website so that you (or anyone you give the password to) may order whatever reprints you want at reasonable prices online with a credit card. This online re-ordering system is convenient for event participants who don't live locally and want quality re-prints made. The secure password protected website remains online for reprint ordering for a full two months.
Photographs are typically posted 72 hours after an event and are archived after 60 days. Photos will print much sharper than they appear on-screen and will not contain the "JZ" watermark upon delivery.
Travel time (outside the Greater Orlando area) : $25 per hour
