IMG_6677.jpg - Veterans Memorial Park. The park was created in 1924 along the waterfront originally as a city pier and yacht basin. It was dedicated in 1927 as a memorial to the war dead of WWI. In 1973 the park was rededicated to include all veterans. The current park was renovated and rededicated in 2006.
